Jerry Fu is a conflict resolution therapist… and a Pharmacist and Salsa dancer. He has a dynamic background and has created a focus on how to address conflict. Jerry describes how he had been handling conflict within his family, place of employment and within himself.
He is now an ICF-Associate Certified Coach with additional training in Emotional Intelligence.
In this podcast he also talks about “successful victimhood.” He describes being a successful person versus a successful victim- as being a victim carries a great deal of power. But, what do you do when the failures come? - As the WILL come.
